We all pray when we need something from God. God, I want this relationship to end, I want this job badly, I want to go abroad and among others. And the more we pray, our answers are not coming. Is God, not listening? God listens to our prayers all the time, He knows our thoughts! Before we pray, he already knows what is in our hearts. So why is the answer not coming. He always answers, most times, we do not hear the answer because we want it answered in a particular way. His ways are unsearchable and his path is untraceable.
First, when we pray, God gives us the peace that cannot be understood by human minds (Philippians 4). to take away the anxiety.
Sometimes, the time is not right for what you asked for. He still gives you the peace to wait for it at the right time.
Many at times, we really do not need, what we ask for. If you prayed for a situation to change and it is not changing, God needs you to change. He will give you the strength you need to pass through those muddy waters according to his will.
May you be transformed by the renewal of your mind, so that you will find out God’s perfect will for your life.
When we pray according to his will, he hears us (1 John 5:14).
