When we have time to find fault in others, we mostly fail to see the fault in ourselves. Then, we tend to be harder on others than on ourselves, which informs every decision we make.<br \/>\nJesus warned us not to judge others because everyone has flaws or mistakes. We are not all perfect; God is. (Matthew 7).<br \/>\nWe all make mistakes, but unfortunately, these mistakes inform our decisions not to help others when we can do so.<br \/>\nIf we do good to those who do us good, we do nothing because it is easier to reciprocate goodwill. Showing compassion and generosity, even to people who don’t return the favour, or people who have treated us badly or even people who do not like you, is the genuine test of love.
